PSI MEMBRANE® UNF series of Loose Nanofiltration or Compact Ultrafiltration Membrane element incorporating innovative Thin Film Nanocomposite (TFN) technology, the UNF series features nano-level, ultra-thin hydrophilic coating technology that offers excellent anti-fouling performance. These membranes deliver flux rates four times higher than traditional TFC membranes while operating at least 50% lower pressure. They are the perfect replacement for conventional TFC membranes.
n Offers multiple precise cutting molecules, tailored to meet specific customer requirements;
n Maximum flux up to four times that of imported competitors, significantly reducing energy consumption and engineering budget;
n Superior Selective Separation:Boasts ultra-high selectivity, effectively removing most colloidal iron, colloidal silicon, humic acid, and other dissolved organic matter (DOM) while allowing the passage of inorganic single and bivalent ions;
n Widely used in dye removal or concentration, heavy metal removal, acid purification, sodium chloride diafiltration, sugar concentration and fractionation, whey protein concentration and desalination, peptide concentration and desalination, etc.

1. Permeate flow rate and stabilized salt rejection were based on the following standard test conditions: Pure water with a conductivity of less than 10 μS/cm, a 200 ppm solution of polyethylene glycol (PEG) with the corresponding molecular weight cut-off (e.g., UNF2000 corresponds to a PEG molecular weight cut-off of 2000 Da),70 psi(0.48MPa), 77 ℉(25 ℃), 15% recovery; 2. Permeate flow rate varies by +/-15%. |
